OVERWHELMED WITH KINDNESS AND GENEROSITY

 I  wish to thank you all for the lovely comments and suggestions you have made regarding  my Little Lucy. I have put it away for a short while but it is still within my sight so it doesn't become another UFO.

After feeling rather disappointed and frustrated with myself over the Lucy debacle I was soon to be uplifted by 2 beautiful blog friends. I was blessed to find a parcel on my doorstep the next day from  Jenny .  Not only did she send me some lovely flour sack fabric to try but also some beautiful Cosmo threads, ( which I love using as they are so soft and silky), and a lovely wall hanging which has been beautifully stitched using her own design. THANKYOU SO MUCH !

 

 

 

Then, yesterday, I was in for another lovely surprise. Dear Sue had sent me a belated 60th birthday gift. Wow! This turning 60 really is wonderful. It is the birthday that keeps on happening LOL. ( I still haven't used my Seniors Card yet though).  I was meant to have met up with Sue earlier but circumstances got in the way. ( It will happen Sue!)

 

I digress.  Sue certainly knows how I love purple and I have been thoroughly spoilt. Not only has she given me 6 Cottage Garden threads in my fav colours but also a beautiful pack of charm  squares, some purple fabric and a lovely repro fabric. How lucky am I? THANKYOU!

 

 

 

I feel truly blessed to have so many beautiful blogger friends in my life. I have met a few of you over the years and there are still some who I have never met but all of you have added sunshine to my life .
