GREMLINS GONE

YEY!!!!! The gremlins have gone!!!! So sorry about the hiccup earlier. Here is a pic( left) of some wonderful friends at  the Christmas Gathering on 9th November. Back: Claire, Sharon, Anne, Vicki and Melody. Front: Shez, myself, Gail Pan and Barb. Thankyou so much girls for making it a very special day.

The pic on the right is of Gail showing us how to do needle turn applique. I am now truly inspired. When we walked into the room the tables were all decorated and this is what we received.

                                                               What's in the bag???

I have nearly completed Gail's stitchery. I just need to applique a heart onto it then I can add the borders and start hand quilting it ready for THIS Christmas. A major achievement for me getting it completed on time.

We also received a hoop, 2 perle threads and the jar that our candles were in.

Since this happy day I have finally completed my sister in law's coasters I promised her. Gee, it was so hard to locate turtle fabric!

I have been busy handpiecing 3 inch blocks for my latest small Civil War quilt and today I bought some more 1800's repro fabrics for it.

Ofcourse, I had to purchase some yummy things from the shop at the Christmas Gathering too.

Well, it appears that there are still some gremlins but at least I have managed to get this far. Thank you all for visiting and for your patience.

Angel Blessings to you all.
